New COVID protocols
IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT attend the clinic if you:
Clients will be permitted into the clinic and consult rooms provided they are fully vaccinated against COVID and are not experiencing any COVID related symptoms. Evidence of vaccination is required upon entry. If you are unvaccinated or are a close contact of a COVID case, we can offer a contactless consult. In this case, please call the clinic on arrival and a nurse will come out to collect your pet.
Only one client per consultation is permitted inside the clinic.
This is to protect you and all our clients, as well as our staff who have vulnerable family members with serious health issues.
